xp-8500 2x2048MB 1066 MHz. (5.5.5.12)

På et lite klistremerke står det også 2.1V 5-5-5-15

Med Cpu-Z viser det at minnet mitt er PC2-6400 (400MhZ)5.0 - 5 - 5 - 18

 

????

 

Noen BIOS settings som er feil eller?

Du må sette timings til minnet manuelt i BIOS. Ingenting feil med verken minne eller hovedkort.

CPU-Z antar PC2-XXXX type basert på den hastigheten det faktisk kjører i øyeblikket.

PC2-5300 = 667mhz ( 333mhz single rate , 667mhz DDR )

PC2-6400 = 800mhz ( 400mhz single rate , 800mhz DDR )

PC2-8500 = 1066mhz ( 533mhz single rate , 1066mhz DDR )

 

Du får ikke ditt hovedkort til å automatisk klokke opp minne til PC-8500

da dette ikke er standard minne frekvens (som er 667 og 800 mhz).

Jeg regner med at nyere CPU-Z leser programmerte SPD data i minne modulene (om de finnes).Og rapporterer det programmerte i SPD som data.

Derfor leses modul 1 & 2 som PC2-6400 (400mhz/800mhz DDR) selv om du

hos deg kjører de med 430mhz.

Modul 3 har som du ser feilaktige eller manglende SPD data.

( modul 3 tror jeg ville ha fjernet fra systemet)

Det er vanlig at entusiast moduler (eks. memory godkjent for hastighet over PC6400) kun har SPD data for 800mhz DDR som max pga kompabilitet og at systemer har mulighet til å POSTE fra BIOS med modulene installert.

 

Nåværende timings hos deg ser ut til å være 4-4-4-12 (mushkin timings godkjent for DDR800 hastighet som programmert i SPD data).

Skal du kjøre module 1&2 på 1066 må du selv stille manuelt vdimm til 2.1v . Timings til 5-5-5-18 . Og memory hastigheten til 533/1066.

Hmm. har aldri hatt en tredje minnemodul installert.

Har nå tilbakestilt alt til default i bios
