2. Klikk Start og deretter Kjør. 3. Skriv inn regsvr32 urlmon.dll, og klikk deretter OK. 4. Når du får meldingen "DllRegisterServer i urlmon.dll lyktes", klikker du OK. Hvis dette ikke løser problemet, gjentar du trinn 2 til 4 for hver av følgende filer (i trinn 3 erstatter du Urlmon.dll med hver av filnavnene nedenfor): • Shdocvw.dll • Msjava.dll • Actxprxy.dll • Oleaut32.dll • Mshtml.dll • Browseui.dll • Shell32.dll (bare Windows XP og Windows 2000) Hvis problemet fremdeles ikke er løst, kontrollerer du at følgende registernøkler finnes og er riktige: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface\{00020400-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} Navn: (Standard) Verdi: IDispatch HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface\{00020400-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\ProxyStubClsid Navn: (Standard) Verdi: {00020420-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface\{00020400-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\ProxyStubClsid32 Navn: (Standard) Verdi: {00020420-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} 2) Method 1 This method resets the default file association for the URL: Hypertext Transfer Protocol by re-registering the urlmon.dll file. 1. Click Start, point to Settings and then click Control Panel. 2. Double-click to open Internet Options. 3. On the Programs tab, ensure that Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser is enabled. 4. Click Reset Web Settings. 5. In the Reset Web Settings dialog box, click to clear the Also reset my home page check box. 6. Click Yes, click OK, and then click OK again to apply the settings and close the dialog boxes. 7. Click Start, and then click Run. 8. In the Run dialog type regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK. 9. Click OK to acknowledge the success of the Urlmon.dll registration. Back to the top Method 2 This method involves manually editing the file type association. 1. Double-click the My Computer icon. 2. On the View menu, click Folder Options (Microsoft Windows 98) or Options (Microsoft Windows NT), and then click the File Types tab. In Microsoft Windows 2000, click Folder Options on the Tools menu. 3. In the Registered File Types box, click URL: Hypertext Transfer Protocol. In Windows 2000, click File Types to sort the files alphabetically. The programs that are listed in the Opens With box are the programs with which hyperlinks are currently associated. 4. If the program in the Opens With box is Iexplore (Microsoft Internet Explorer), click the Edit button. If another program, such as Netscape, is associated with this file type, you must troubleshoot that program to reassociate the file type. For more information about troubleshooting problems with Netscape, see the following Netscape support Web site: http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/support/default.jsp (http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/support/default.jsp) 5. In the Edit File Type dialog box, be sure that open is listed in the Actions box. If open is not listed, click New, type open in the Action box, and then click OK. 6. Click open, and then click Edit. 7. In the Application used to perform action box, you see the following text, including the quotation marks: "C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~1\iexplore.exe" %1 In some cases, the "%1" may have been replaced by something else. 8. Save these settings, and then repeat the process for other URL protocol file types. 3a) Reset Web settings Start Internet Explorer On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. Click the Programs tab, and then click the Reset Web Settings button. Under Internet programs, verify that the correct e-mail program is selected Click to select the Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser check box. Click Apply, and then click OK. <!--[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]--> <!--[endif]--> Export the registry key from another computer Click Start, and then click Run In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK Locate the following registry key: HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Classes\htmlfile\shell\open\command Click the command folder. On the File or Registry menu (depending on your operating system), click Export Note the location of where the file will be saved. The registry file can be saved directly to the hard drive or floppy disk. Type a unique file name, and then click Save Quit the Registry Editor 3b) Other Possible Solutions Follow the instruction on the following KB articles: You receive an error message when you click a hyperlink in Outlook http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310049/en-us This issue may occur if there is a Group Policy object (GPO) that restricts what programs you can run. Programs can be restricted if either of the following policies in the domain organizational unit group policy or a local computer group policy have been applied: o Do not run specified Windows applications. o Run only the allowed Windows applications. In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\htmlfile\shell\open\command change "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -nohome to "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" –nohome (and viseversa) Delete the DWORD value named DisallowRun. (or remove IEXPLORE.EXE) - To do so: Locate and then click the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer to narrow the policy causing the issue to be: User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Internet Explorer \ Browser menus\ Disable Open in New Window Menu option -- set this to DISABLE if it enable Disable the following Group Policy: User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Internet Explorer \ Browser menus File menu: Disable New Menu option File menu: Disable Open Menu option File menu: Disable closing the browser and Explorer Windows 4) IEFix - General purpose fix for Internet Explorer Denne har jeg ikke prøvd!
