In Hollywood, it's not uncommon for movie script to leak before or during production. Movie website Latino Review famously published their thoughts on an alleged copy of 28 Days Later screenwriter Alex Garland's take on adapting Halo to the silver screen. That script has since then been abandoned in favor of rewrites from author DB Weiss, while problems at the studio level have prevented the entire project from even moving forward. Still, it'd be nice to see what Garland had in mind, right?

Apparently, you can. An intrepid 1UP user who had "done nothing but drink Game Fuel and go through anything I [could] to stop boredom" over the weekend stumbled across a torrent claiming to have a copy of Garland's ditched Halo script from 2005. The user attached a 128-page PDF document in an e-mail to 1UP. The PDF seems legit, with Garland attributed on the first page, and what follows is either 127 pages of some pretty intense Halo fan fiction -- or a leaked Hollywood script for an epic sci-fi movie never to be.

We've pasted some screen captured exerts from the PDF document below, which give us a glimpse at an introductory dream sequence, what's behind Master Chief's armor, the appearance of the Flood and SPOILER WARNING the intended ending and subsequent sequel tease for the film.
