Anyone with X-Gear Z PreMod kabinett?

Just received my order from pcutstyr and unfortunatly the instructions for the case was missing. Therefore Im hoping someone out there has this case and could scan the instructions and send them too me?

Hmmm, basically because I dont know that much about computers and there are like 17 single connectors for power, usb speaker mic etc for the front panel.... And of course the names on them dont match up with the names on the motherboard...

About the USB connectors you have to look in the motherboard manual, the same with the power, reset, hdd-led and power-led and audio.

the fornt audio connectors are listed on pcutstyr.no

 

X-Gear - Motherboard

MicBias - Micpwr

ReturnL - Bline_out_L

ReturnR - Bline_out_R

Ground - agnd

Spkout L - Line out_L

Spkout R - Line out_R

Mic - Mic2

Ok cant get it to work. Built 3 computers yesterday. 2 working fine but the last one isnt.

 

Basically I turn it on and the graphics card isnt working. (Black screen) All fans working and I know graphics card is fine as it was checked in another machine. Also when the ide cable isnt in the dvd burner it works yet when I plug the ide cable back into the dvd burner it stops working. I thought it was a power supply issue but changed it for another one and the same symptoms.

 

Therefore Im thinking I have made a mistake with the wiring from the cabinet to the motherboard. So hoping someone can confirm where the wires should go in case I have placed one incorrectly.

 

The 4 bunches of wires in the casing are as follows.

 

1: POWER SW

RESET SW

 

2: (1) +VCC

(1) -D

(1) +D

(1) Ground

 

3: (2) +VCC

(2) -D

(2) +D

(2) Ground

 

4: Mic Bias

Spkout L

Spkout R

Return L

Return R

Ground

Mic in

 

If you can help I would be very grateful.

I had the same problem, just a black screen. but i deliverd the motherboard to service(where i bought it; www.komplett.no)

they said to me that it was the IDE cable that was broken, so they changed the cable and it worked.

Tried 3 ide cables......

Then I don't know what the problem could be.

Is the RAM correctly inserted? Have you tried to swicth RAM slot?

Just connected the old motherboard to the new cabinet and its working with the same hardware. Confirmed its the motherboard broken! Thanks for your help!
