Ser ut som om det har kommet en trojaner her. Trenger litt hjelp til hva jeg kan gjøre. AVG oppdaget den, og jeg trykket på "Heal", det så ut som den ble fjernet, men jeg tror den havnet i "Virus Vault". Jeg tømte Virus Vault (dumt? :(). AVG så at den befant seg i en .exe fil, så jeg slettet denne manuelt, men etter et scan har den dukket opp på nytt (D:\System Volume Information\_restore -og masse annet- ). Problemet er at jeg ikke finner denne mappen normalt, og ikke våger å fjerne filen den befinner seg i, da jeg er usikker på hva som kan skje.

 

Uansett, det ser ikke ut som om AVG greier å fjerne styggedommen, og jeg har ikke så veldig mye peiling på hva jeg bør gjøre. Lastet ned Ad-Aware og kjørte full scan, men den fant ikke mye trojanere...

 

Tar jeg ikke feil, tror jeg trojaneren er en slik: "Trojan hourse SHeur.ERD", det oppgir AVG den for ... tror jeg. Så hva bør jeg gjøre nå? Noen opplyninger jeg har glemt?

Å fjerne den fra Vault gjør at du fjerner den fra pc'n, så dette går greit.

 

'_restore', er en skjult mappe på pc'n som lagrer kopi av systemet ditt i tilfelle du trenger å gjenopprette systemet til en tidliger tilstand. Man kan tømme denne mappa slik at man ikke blir infisert ved en evt. systemgjenoppretting. Dette kan vi se på senere.

 

Gjør følgende:

Last ned Hijackthis. Legg det i en egen mappe på skrivebordet.

Start programmet, velg "Do a system scan and save a logfile". Loggfilen kopierer du og poster.

Edit: Denne PCen er så gammel så den brukes omtrendt bare av meg (som ikke har sett til å kjøpe konfimasjons-PC enda), så klokkeslettet i loggen ble jo feil fordi jeg ikke bryr meg om det ^^...

Jo. som jeg skrev i førstpost er det "SHeur". Googlet den selv (fant dog ingenting om .ERD som den jeg har ender på). Men jeg er litt skeptisk, da AVG oppdaterer seg omtrendt daglig, og fordi AVG kom opp med meldingen etter at jeg hadde downloadet et program (som jeg vet er trygt. Grunnen må være fordi jeg brukte, ehrm... "tnerrot" (skjønner?) for å lastet ned programmet). Har faktisk kjørt full systemscan tre ganger idag. Hver gang kommer det samme.

Ok,

 

Last ned SDFix til skrivebordet.

 

Dobbeltklikk på SDFix.exe og det vil pakke seg ut til ei mappe i C:\SDFix

 

Restart pc'n i sikker modus (tapp F8 under oppstart, velg sikker modus)

 

Åpne SDFix-mappa og dobbeltklikk på 'RunThis.bat' for å starte programmet

Velg Y for å starte rensingen

Pc'n vil restarte, og SDFix vil fortsette.

 

Post loggen (vil ligge som Report.txt i SDFix-mappa) + ny HJT-logg.

Da ser HJT-loggen fin ut :thumbup:

 

Du bør nullstille gjenopprettingsmappa slik at du ikke blir infisert ved en evt. systemgjenoppretting.

Kontrollpanel->system->systemgjenoppretting . Sett merke framfor "Slå av Systemgjenopprettingen .....",

restart pc, fjern merket igjen for å aktivere funksjonen.

 

Surf trygt.

Edit: Oi. Skriver nå på en laptop, og når jeg skulle se til den stasjonære, oppdaget jeg at den hadde hengt seg opp under oppstarten. Håper ikke noe kritisk har skjedd, men. Bare for å nevne det...

Joda, den startet på neste forsøk, og driver nå å scaner (AVG). Kanskje bare innbilding, men den virker raskere :).

 

Eneste bagatell nå var vel at HJT ikke ville fjernes via "legg til/fjern programmer", var visst avinstallert fra før eller noe sånt, men men. Jeg slettet det manulet jeg da. Burde vel gå greit, tenker jeg. (?)
