MSN - Xbox 360 - email/login problemer

Hei alle.

 

Kontaktet Xbox live teamet for å få forandret mail adressen min på gametag kontoen min, så jeg får koblet den opp mot MSN kontoen jeg bruker idag.

 

Slik det er idag får jeg ikke logget meg inn på MSN igjennom xbox 360 pga gametag kontoen har ei gammel mail adresse jeg ikke bruker lenger.

 

Noen som skjønner hva som må gjøres?

Finner ikke ut hvor disse innstillingene ligger.

Må jeg lage enda en ny MSN konto?

I apologize for the inconvenience. I understand that you want to link your gamertag to a new Windows Live ID. You can link your gamertag to a different or new Windows Live ID by following these steps:

 

 

 

Warning: If you migrated your account to Xbox 360, you cannot change what Windows Live ID account is linked. There are no exceptions to this because it is a permanent link. These directions will only result in a vague error.

 

 

 

1. Create a new Windows Live ID account.

 

2. Link the old Gamertag to the new Windows Live ID account. This frees up the link from the old Gamertag to the old Windows Live ID account.

 

3. Link the new Gamertag to old Windows Live ID account.

 

 

 

Important: If cancel your Xbox Live account and has a Windows Live ID account linked to it, you cannot use that same Windows Live ID account to link to different Xbox Live account. We cannot transfer a Windows Live ID account to a different Xbox Live account. You can only link each Windows Live ID account to one Xbox Live account. If you want to create a new Xbox Live account, you must link a new Windows Live ID account to your new Xbox Live account.

 

Note: You cannot have a Gamertag linked to multiple Windows Live ID accounts. Each Gamertag can only be linked to one Windows Live ID account. The reverse is also true, each Windows Live ID account can only be linked to one Gamertag.
