Spyware eller må jeg formatere?

Hei

 

Får en masse blåskjermer for tiden. Veldig ofte hvis pc'en har vært i hvilemodus. Har ikke fått med meg kodene som dukker opp i blåskjermen da pc'en restarter med engang det skjer. Undrer om jeg må formatere eller om det er noen slags virus som herjer.

 

Har hatt et annet lydkort + diverse musikkredigerings program som jeg nå har slettet på pc'en.

Loggene viser ingen tegn på infeksjoner som skulle tilsi blåskjerm. Vil derfor anta at dette skyldes problemer med drivere eller hardwarefeil (eks. RAM-brikker)

Det kan allikevel være verdt å kjøre en scan med eks. SAS.

 

For å se feilmeldingen på blåskjermen, kan du gå ut i Kontrollpanelet, velg System og arkfanen Avansert. Velg Innstillinger under Oppstart og gjenoppretting.

 

Fjern avhuking framfor 'Start på nytt automatisk'.

 

En reinstallering KAN være verdt et forsøk (hvis det er softwarefeil), men ville nok ha prøvd å feilsøke litt. Er det feil med hardware så vil ikke en reinstallering ha noen effekt allikevel. Prøv bla. å oppdatere drivere etc.

 

Du kan også sjekke systemfilene ved å kjøre sfc /scannow fra Start->Kjør
