Dette skrev jeg på RSC nettverket, så alt er altså på engelsk.

Også slik at ukformula selv skal kunne forstå det ;)

RSC tråden: http://forum.racesimcentral.com/showthread.php?t=295694

I am posting this here so that everyone can be aware over how unserious this some what of a firm is.

As you know, ukformula is a reseller of Act Labs equipment, and as I live in Norway, I bought it from them.

I ordered this package on the 22/07 07, and I got a mail that it was

sendt the next day, so I thought this will be quick and good.

Two weeks after, there was no sign of it, I managed to get the trackingnumber of the package.

But it only said that it had been in Denmark, and shipped to Norway, this was for quite a while ago.

So I made a call to parcel-force, and asked what was going on, where my package was.

After more calls, I finally got a number that would tell me more, the number for the post firm in Norway.

This said the following: ( now it is complete, as I have picked up the package)

As you can see, it first got registered the 30/07, and it was put away to storage the 31/07.

After a hell of a lot more phone calls, I managed to find out the reason.

The post had only got my first name, and a totally wrong adress, unlike anything.

But I show you here what is right, which I filled out, and what they managed to write:

I was fasinated, how was this even possible?

I didn't find this out though before the 10/08, when I got a message in my mail box, where it said:

Tried delivered on the door(I was at work, no one home), can be picked up at the post office after 16:15

So, at 17:00 I went down to the post office, and there was no package there..

I made more phonecalls, and it seemed it was shipped back to Oslo, the capital of Norway.

But today, 13/08, it was there, but not by the orginale number.

As I got the package, I was in shock. It looked like it was packed by a 5 year old boy with no idea how

to pack, but i got a good laugh when it said "fragile" all over it. I mean, whats the point

of that when you put a set of 6-7 kg's pedals and a shifter at the bottom of a box, obviously this

will ruin the whole box, everybody must understand it needs proper protection, and something that

will not make the box get flat/ruined.

I was almost positive that the pedals and shifter would work, as how the box was totally ruined.

Luckily though, it did work.

I also now have 2 USB controllers, which connects the pedals/shifter.

http://www.ukformula.com/product_detail.php?prid=57

This reason is because I ordered 1 of them, it said on ukformula's site, that it followed a

2-1 connector, which I did not know if was the wheel/shifter, wheel/pedals or shifter/pedals combination.

If I didn't order the 3-1 controller, I almost would be sure I got the wrong combination, and I had to buy

a 3-1 controller later on and wait for that to come aswell, I didn't take that risk.

I read earlier on the act-labs main page that they had run out of 2-1, and they sendt 3-1 insted for no extra charge.

This did not say on ukformula's site, so I asumed they did have the 2-1's in stock.

So now I've got 2 controllers of the same type, therefor paying 23 pounds

for something I was already getting without being told, was totally wasted.

I do not mean to put out a bad word for the producer Act Labs, as I am very happy

with a great set of pedals and shifter, it is hard to drive with a clutch and H shifter,

but that will change after a couple of days I guess.

These pedals and shifter will go in my simulator later on, just showed

it in the house to just have a test at it.

Thank you for reading.

Befinner meg i Drøbak, Akershus. Ca 30 min sør for Oslo, kan evt levere om det ikke er for langt unna.

Dette er altså for å sjekke om det er noen interesse, om det skulle dukke opp en kjøper, så selges den, om ikke så beholder jeg bare.
