Problem med installering av JOOMLA

Eg har nett lasta opp JOOMLA til min heimesideservar, der eg laga til ei undermappe på servaren. Men, då eg skreiv minside.com/joomla, fekk eg denne feilmeldinga:

Directory listing is denied

Betyr det at IIS ikkje er installert skikkeleg? Eller er et andre ting som gjer det?
