Renault Scenic wheels

My Renault scenic came with 15" wheels. I have acquired studded tyres on 13" hubs which are useful for mountain trips. The studded wheels are off a renault 19 ,so bolt and hub centre dimensions, impress etc are similar. Is there any reason why I cannot use 13" wheels in this situation ? I know the usual query is the reverse of mine ie Can I use bigger wheels ! Thankful for any insight.
