Jeg har ikke TV for tiden, så har kjøpt et abbonement hos Viasat der jeg kan streame alle kampene fra Champions League denne sesongen. Ser nå det står følgende under "about":

 

The Service

All Live matches from UEFA Champions League is delivered by MTG New Media a Modern Times Group Company.

The service offer you the possibility of following your favourite teams through the entire group play of the Champions league season 2006/2007.

The matches are streamed live to your PC without the need of downloading or saving any content on your computer.

Because the content is encrypted with Microsoft's DRM (Digital Rights Management) the service is only accessible to IE (Internet Explorer) users. The DRM also limit the access of the content to the PC on which the purchase is made.

OBS! You are not able to view the content on other PC then on the one the original purchase is made, this is because a unique license is sent to this PC and every time you select a match for viewing a license request will be sent from your PC to our service.

Cookies

The service uses cookies to track the viewer’s payment. Cookies is a small file with information stored on the computer, it is a non-hostile file and is no threat to the users hardware or software. It is important for the functionality of the service the cookies are not removed as long as the service is in use. Removing the cookies will automatically lead to failure in the system when attempting to recognise the user. Therefore the user will be asked to go through the payment process again after removing the cookie.

 

Med andre ord: Jeg kan ikke se kamper på en annen PC, og hvis jeg sletter cookies (harddisken dør og jeg må installere Windows på nytt, et anti-spyware-program sletter cookies el.l.) må jeg gå gjennom betalingsprosessen igjen.

 

Så ikke noe mer om regler nå, men skal se om jeg finner noe.

 

Så spørsmålet: Er dette lovlig? Har de lov å kreve ny betaling hvis jeg sletter cookies?

In order to purchase a match or a group play ticket for the Champions League season 2006/2007 you need to accept the terms and conditions for the service. A Match Ticket requires a single payment and you will be directed to a secured payment gateway once you have confirmed your choice of Match. To order a Group play ticket you will be asked to create a log in which is then used every time you attempt to watch a Match through the service. All content presented in the service require a payment and all payments are managed in a secured payment gateway in order to guarantee your safety when presenting your personal information.

 

As a group play ticket holder, you are responsible for keeping your personal in log information safe and out of reach for any unauthorised party. The content of the service is protected by Swedish and international law. All technical solutions within the service belong to MTG New Media AB or their content suppliers. Distributor and owner of all LIVE content provided through the service is owned by UEFA

 

Before you start using the service you accept that you are only to use the service for personal purposes and shall under no circumstances attempt to reproduce or make use of the content for other than private non-commercial use. All other usage of the service is in breach of the terms and conditions and will be a matter of legal offence and lead to prosecution from the rights owners. By accepting the charges for the service provided by MTG New Media AB the viewer acknowledges they become a customer to MTG New Media AB and the viewer will have no claim against UEFA in relation to possible disruption, refunds, subscription cancellation or other such matter related to the service provided by MTG New Media AB.

 

The service is under continuous development and MTG New Media AB reserve the right to update the content as well as presenting changes to the service functionality. MTG New Media reserve the right to place the season ticket subscription on hold for potential changes in price or functionality. Viewers already holding a group play ticket will not be affected by these changes. If the user does not follow the terms and conditions presented MTG New Media AB reserve the right to immediately cancel the gorpu play subscription without any right to refund of placed payment.

 

All prices are presented in each territory’s currency and the payment service is provided by Wallit AB and offers the viewer to user Credit card and debit card; Visa and Master Card are accepted.

 

Payment is made directly in the service and a confirmation is presented when the payment is accepted. All information presented is strictly confidential and is not forwarded to any third party without the users consent. Wallit AB store the information presented in the payment gateway strictly for transactional purposes and to be able to track your payment if any problem should occur after payment is confirmed. The information shall under no circumstances be used for any other purposes.

 

MTG New Media AB stores some personal information for technical purposes to be able to deliver, administer and control the user’s experience of the service.

 

MTG New Media AB is responsible for the personal information presented in the service, we value the users integrity and handle all personal information in accordance with the law of person al information. The stored information is essential for the viewers experienced efficiency of the service. By registering for a season ticket to the service you accept that MTG New Media AB use your personal information for purposes connected to the service. If you want to know which of your personal information MTG New Media AB has stored you are welcome to sent a written request to MTG New Media AB, Box 17054, SE-10462 Stockholm.

Er egentlig usikker på om du kjøer denne tjenesten hos et norsk selskap, og om det er norsk lov som gjelder her...

Er det ikke slik at hvis en nordmann kjøper et produkt innenfor EU/EØS så gjelder de norske lovene?
