been to rhodes for a week. didn't want to go back. didn't like to come back. didn't like too reduce from 30 degrees, sunny to 12 degrees, rain.

When I came back from my vacation it wasn't the weather that bothered me. When coming back from the UK, I always realize that most Norwegians are really rude and take way to much for granted.

True. In England there is a lot of thank you, yes please, and so on.

It's basically integrated in the language and after a while you use it without notice.

For instance: Could I have a cup of coffee please? Yes. Her is your coffee, sir. Thank you.

Norway: Could I have a cup of coffee? Yes. Here.
