Scotty Skrevet 12. februar 2007 Del Skrevet 12. februar 2007 (endret) Why suddenly so certain? You seemed a bit insecure when you suggested it..? 7929057 I was only unsecure about how i spelled it, i haven't yet looked it up though. And I said that maybe it would be a bit to simple for "Kjekssjokolade".. But i definitly know that it is not "my stomach grumbles", because i've never heard that before, and it doesn't sound right. ..Have you really never used or heard the sentence "my stomach rumbles"? I hear it pretty often.. Endret 12. februar 2007 av _Scotty_ Lenke til kommentar

Probably not correct, I don`t know 7928989 That would be the direct translation, which is correct, but that is not what they say in England. I want the thing they say in England, saw it in a movie once, but cant remember what it was. It is a phrase, not directly translated, if you still understand what I mean. fuettermeinego Skrevet 15. februar 2007 Del Skrevet 15. februar 2007 Hi, _Scotty_, I've heard and had stomach grumbles plenty of times. 'Grumble' gives the added idea of one's stomach not being happy, that's all. Like a person can grumble. Rumble is simply expressing the motion. So 'grumble' and 'rumble' are both perfectly usable. In other news, I'm a stray Aussie in these forums. So feel free, anyone, to message me if you have any english queries or just practise. I'm more than capable of answering them. Lenke til kommentar

Der Kommissar Skrevet 16. februar 2007 Del Skrevet 16. februar 2007 This friend of mine constantly writes the word "is" with a capital "i". I don't know why he does that, but it makes me think back to when we were kids, and he refused to make the proper dot over the "å" to save time when hand-writing ^^. Lenke til kommentar
