I can't really see the point of having this thread besides it beeing a place where we can develope our english-skills. English is cool though, but it's slightly overkill to chat with all Norwegian peeps in English. ^_^

 

But to avoid complete offtopicness; what do you guys think about Mac Donalds? I visited a Mac Donalds today and the service was lousy. Ofcourse when walking into a Mac Donalds restaurant I don't expect to be treated like a God, but on the other hand I dont wan't to wait 15 min on a damn hamburger either. They need to check up on the term "fast-food" again I think. After consuming the burger I also felt on the verge of throwing up. :S

 

Luckily I only visit Mac Donalds once a year - that's about the time it takes to forget how crappy it was the last time.

I agree that the service can be rather bad if there's alot of coustomers, but they're not super-humans behind the desk either?

English is an easy language for me to learn. I have always learned it fast and I like to speak it. It feels wierd to use British accent when the rest of the family use the "I-am-Norwegian"-english.

And besides, it's much more fun to make fun of moderators in English. The best language to flame someone in must be the one where you can have the word "Fuck" as three of four words in a sentence.
