If you don't allow the body time to do so, you risk not getting stronger at all, just hurting yourself. Quite.. I'm going to the gym everyday except Sunday! It's fantastic! For instance: Im used to eat 7.30AM 11.30AM 3.45PM 7.30AM and 9.00AM. I also go to the gym at 5AM mondays,wednesdays and fridays and 6AM on tuesdays thursdays and sundays just so my body knows when it needs energy and when it should start burning off that energi.
