Bear^ Skrevet 2. november 2009 Del Skrevet 2. november 2009 Doubt it, 2010 maybe but not 2009, don't think they're close to finish it even. Have seen them talk some about beta tests but not sure how finish it is. I think it's great that they do it, and that Valve as well supports them. Someone tried to make a Source modification of Duke Nukem 3D but 3DRealms stopped them. I tried to establish and make a modification of Blood, but was stopped by Monolith before I even got to start it. Lenke til kommentar
kris98 Skrevet 2. november 2009 Del Skrevet 2. november 2009 While we're talking about Valve-games, have anyone you tried the Dead Before Dawn (aka Crossroads Mall)-campaign for Left 4 Dead? It's been in production for about 5 years as far as I've gotten to understand, and was released last saturday/sunday. There were some difficulties with the uploading-process, and the file was huge, so I'm guessing it was released night to sunday. For those who doesn't know about it, it's a campaign made out of the Dawn of the Dead-shopping mall, and is probably better than most of the other campaigns that followed with L4D. Top notch all the way. I've only tried it at single-player campaing, meaning offline, and to get the full experience of it you really should play with some friends or some randoms online. The bots annoy the living hell out of me. If anyone are up for a game tomorrow or so then give me a shout. Link Lenke til kommentar

Link Downloaded it yesterday and I can't lunch it, the loading bar freezes and after the 5 minute shutdown it still does not work, have tried several times. Think I'm going to wait for VPK. kris98 Skrevet 2. november 2009 Del Skrevet 2. november 2009 I generally have troubles in staying connected to a server. Ever since I got my new harddrive on 700gb, L4D has always crashed within few minutes after joining. 1/100 of the times I connect to a server, I actually manage to stay connected. Even after a complete reinstallation of Windows XP it's still the same. Strange... Since I've still got the previous harddrive on 300gb (I think), I'll have the OS on that hdd and files and such on the 700gb. Probably the only way I'll get to play L4D online. The strange thing is that it seems to have no effect on the other steam-games, only L4D. I'll just have to hope that L4D2 doesn't have the same problem. Lenke til kommentar

saladin waits for alice Skrevet 3. november 2009 Del Skrevet 3. november 2009 But if you are going to go for a role playing game this week, then I can recommend Dragon Age Anyone else here who hits the gym every now and then? Do you exercise anything in particular? Lenke til kommentar
Slimda Skrevet 3. november 2009 Del Skrevet 3. november 2009 I've already preordered Dragon AGe, so I'll download it through Steam as soon as it's possible. :-) The only time I've been in a gym willingly, was back in my army-days. I don't feel like going there, really. Lenke til kommentar

michael691 Skrevet 3. november 2009 Del Skrevet 3. november 2009 Couldn't get it to work either :/ Same problem. And but, i managed to fix that, but now the problem is that L4D can't see the campaign ingame. They should have made a vpk out of it. Lenke til kommentar

Going to the gym every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Usually I exercise leg and arm areas in particular. Sometimes all over. How about you ? Well it varies quite much for me actually, haha. One week I could be excercising just about every day, and sometimes, like this week, only 2 days. I love doing the bencpress, after that I usually shoulder, biceps, and after is total random. I try to run as much as I can, better (or stronger, help me here) cardio is important for me Lenke til kommentar

henbruas Skrevet 7. november 2009 Del Skrevet 7. november 2009 Well, the things is, exercising tears on your muscles. You get stronger because the body repairs them again. If you don't allow the body time to do so, you risk not getting stronger at all, just hurting yourself. Lenke til kommentar
