On behalf of the EverQuest Online Adventures team, we would like you to apply for the beta testing phase of our game for the Playstation 2 computer entertainment system.

 

EverQuest Online Adventures for the PlayStation 2 system is an epic roleplaying game that you play with thousands of other people on the Internet. Based on EverQuest, the hugely popular massively multiplayer roleplaying game for the PC, EverQuest Online Adventures transports you to the world of Norrath where you decide who you will be: a hulking Troll Warrior, a nimble Wood Elf Rogue, or a cunning Erudite Wizard, just to name a few. A detailed character creation system, hundreds of unique monsters and quests, thousands of items…all this and more await you in EverQuest Online Adventures.

 

If you love to check out new games and have a thirst for roleplaying excitement, then we encourage you to apply for this beta testing program.

 

Not everyone will get the chance to beta test EverQuest Online Adventures, but anyone who is interested can apply. Also, to apply and beta test is absolutely free! The first phase of beta testing began in September 2002. We will have several phases, so if you are not selected for one phase, you very well may make it for later phases.

Requirements

In order to take part in the beta testing of EverQuest Online Adventures, you will need:

 

· A PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system

· A Network Adaptor (for PlayStation 2 system)

· A Memory Card 8MB (for PlayStation 2 system)

· An Internet connection - We support both broadband and narrowband (dial-up) connections

· The desire to test a groundbreaking game!

ja jøss, jeg har godt ha kunnet tenkt meg å teste beta'n av EQ for PS2, nå har jeg ikke en PS2 men det kan fiksest på

 

logget meg inn på siden, som sa:

lykkelig over at jeg har en sjanse på å få EQ måneder før EQ dukker opp i butikken så klikket jeg på linket til utfyllings-skjemaet og begynnte å føre opp navn, alder, email og så var det stopp. :sad:

 

alt stoppet på 'Country' der dei eneste valgene var 'choose' og 'United States'.... uhhmm.. enten er jeg blind, eller så er det faktisk ikke oppført noen sted at kun 'US Residents may apply' noen sted som helst, har sjekket faq, lisens avtalen og andre steder og jeg kan ikke si at jeg kan se noen sted der dette er ett krav. Dårlig gjort Sony! nå ble jeg sur :sad: :sad:

 

jeg som faktisk hadde lyst til å spille EQ igjen, hadde det på data'n en stund før jeg hoppet på AO, og nå når SWE blir lansert så kommer jeg til å spille det og..

 

får sende en klagemail til SOE og klage på dette.. jeg vil spille EQ på PS2! :wink:
