Every day.

I speak english every half hour. Atleast.

I listen to people speak english about 5-6 times a day.

I read english every day, but i dont have to.

I dont have to write in english very often, maybe once a day.

I have to speak english to people working in my area (island). Explain them things and such. I Also work with people who doesent speak or understand norwegian.
