Fil som ikke vil uninstalleres

Jeg installerte et program og under installasjonen klikket den, men det ble laget en fil selvom. Jeg har slettet den fra C:, men når jeg skal installere det på nytt kan jeg ikke gjøre det fordi det enda ligger på pcen og jeg kan heller ikke uninstallere programmet fordi det står at den mangler en dll fil for å gjøre det(det stod det før jeg slettet det fra C:) Er det noen andre steder enn C: og uninstall jeg kan slette dette "halve" programmet?

Hvordan virker det? sjønte ikke helt hvordan det virket...

 

Edit: Jeg har ikke noe fil der jeg har dette programmet i, det er slettet Det finnes kun inne på "legg til/fjern programmer"
