xp sp1 installasjonsproblemer

jeg får følgende feilmelding når jeg installerer sp1 på en nyformatert disk med xp pro :

 

"failed to install catalog files"

 

hva kan dette skyldes??

At cab-filene er corrupte kanche? I don't know... :razz:

tror ikke det, sp1-fila brant jeg fra en annen maskin hvor installeringen gikk smertefritt..

First method failed in my case - it says something about Cryptographic Service not active - as somenone posted in another post 6. So try method 2 - rename the whole CatRoot2 to catroot.old. Close Windows Explorer. 7. Install SPI - voila!... I think my system is a tad faster now..
