Problem with battery, MPX KN1

Hi,

Some problem with the power supply of my laptop.

 

Aftar shutting down the pc, the battery is losing rapidly.

After one night, about 30% of the battery is missing!

It seems that something is still working in the pc.(I am sure it is shut down normally)

 

And sometime the battery won't be charged to 100%(stop at 98%).

And after the recharging, battery status is discharging even if the AC power is on.

What do you guys think is the problem?
