ONE site unreachable (English)

Sorry for writing in English, my Norwegian is not that good yet.

 

The problem:

There seems to be ONE site on internet that I cannot access. Our internet connection seems to work okay, I have not found any other problems. The site that I cannot reach is http://minesider.tele2.no, this is a site for putting money into my prepaid phone. Internet Explorer says "Cannot find server or DNS Error", Firefox says "Operation timed out".

 

I cannot find any other problems with other websites. All the other subdomains of Tele2 seem to be accessable, and I have not found any problems with other websites, including HTTPS sites like my bank.

 

The weirdest thing is, that when I access the site through an anonymizer proxy, or I use some else's internet connection, there are no problems! Like mentioned, I've tried both Internet Explorer and Firefox, on two different computers connected to the same internet connection, and I get the same problems.

 

I can perform ping, tracert and telnet sessions to minesider.tele2.no without any problems. Telnet'ing to port 80 of minesider.tele2.no shows the HTML source of a 302 (redirect) page directing me to https://static.minesider.tele2.no, but that page is also unreachable in my browsers.

 

This problems has been going on for several weeks, so it is not a temporary server glitch. My connection is ADSL by Broadpark/Nextgentel. Both computers run Windows XP Professional SP2, Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox 1.0.

 

This problem has got me totally puzzled. It is as if the server at minesider.tele2.no is kicking off Broadpark users? I've contacted both Tele2 and Broadpark, but have not gotten any answers yet... Does anybody have any suggestions what could be the problem here?
