nVidia innrømmer temperatur-bug i 7X.XX-driverne

nVidia innrømmer, ifølge en e-post, denne idle-temperatur-buggen mange opplever med brorparten av 7X.XX-driverne (når kjernefrekvensen er =<400MHz for 6800GT/Ultra).

Er det noen av 6800GT/Ultra-brukerne her som har opplevd dette med noen av 7X.XX-driverne?

Just because the "temp bug" doesn't help to you, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There is a REAL idle temp increase, proved by users in this forum, its not a 'display reading error' or a software detection error.

People must face the fact that if they compare the temps before and after the "temp bugged drivers" the temps do increase, maybe it isn't too healthy for the cards.

And the 2D overclock trick works well, after you clock the 2D GPU clock to 401, the temps drop again when idle.
