Problem med onboard lydkort på KT3 Ultra.

I used to run a SB live card, but decided to put it in another computer, since I had a perfectly acceptible onboard soudcard. After installation, I'm experiencing some difficulties with the bundled software. There's a small taskbar configuration program that can change the line in and mic connectors, to allow for quadraphonic, or 5.1 speakers. I have 4 speakers, so naturally I want this. But the rear speakers will not play unless I turn on a sound effect, like "carpeted hallway" or "arena". This is extremly annoying, even the least obtrusive effects, like livingroom, sound really bad in many settings. If I turn the feature off, I'll get nice source direct sound on my front speakers, but no sound at all on rear. This is the way I'd like my sound, but on all four channels. Is there some way to make rear speakers mirror front speakers?

Min funker som bare det. Har et lite problem da. Lyden må startes igang først og da med winamp og da kommer lyden hvor du vil med og uten lyd effekter( Har prøvd de med digital og optisk også alt må liksom snurres igang just like an old T-ford).
