Complaint concering someone ripping my project.

Well, I am not sure how much information I can give out or should give out and I'm not really too solid in what I speak of now anyway. So, in order to keep order on this forum I will now close this thread.

Copyright does not need a © to be legitimate. All work is copyrighted by the photographer, designer, <insert something here>. But the © does help. Anyway, Thomas broke the copyright laws.

You don't have to mark them with a ©.

I was made aware of this case today, and thread was instantly removed. We can not check the legal right anyone has to put up a picture on our forums, and when this issue came to my attention, we took action against it. The user has now been banned for quite some time.

 

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I doubt it has caused you any harm. The case is closed from our side.
