Hvis noen skulle være interessert, fant jeg dette på Storage Review:

We're receiving lots of email regarding a potential review of the DiamondMax 10 and/or Ultra16 drives from Maxtor.

Keep in mind, however, that the higher-capacity (250 and 300 GB) DM10's featuring a 16 MB buffer are mechanically identical to the MaXLine III and that the "Ultra16" is just the name for retail-packaged DM10's with said larger buffer.

Thus, the performance figures from our already-published MaXLine III review represent the performance one may expect from a 300 GB DM10 equipped with a 16-megabyte buffer.

That said,  our initial review MaXLine III review sample turned in a rather high 16.3 ms access time. Since this score is virtually the worst we've ever seen from a 7200 RPM drive , we accepted and have run tests on a 2nd sample. The new results will be formally addressed in an upcoming article. For now, intrepid readers may compare the differences for themselves in SR's Performance Database.

Så da kan jeg vel regne med at det ikke er særlig stor forskjell på disse diskene.
