How to improve EV fast-charging? Looking for opinions and experiences for an academic survey

Hello everyone!

I'm Anna - a university student from Helsinki, Finland with an interest in EVs. I'm writing my Bachelor's thesis on how to improve the fast-charging experience for electric vehicle users and therefore would like to gather some thoughts and insights from drivers in Norway, in addition to Finland and Germany.

Way to limited like question 6 max 3 options. I have way more. 

But in general Tesla has the best solution with plug and charge(Yes I know others has it too before you go crazy in the comments), especially if you drive tesla as you don't need to register as you are already a user and often you get free miles as well. Only thing I would like as an addon would be wireless charging with low power loss. That would be a perfect world. 

I also like the battery swap concept, but I don't really need it I just like the tech aspect of the machine. 

So to sum up, plug & charge + wireless charging would be perfect. Also at a fair price level of course. 

EDIT: Also, there should be a standardized app/starting point for all charging. Whenever I try to use a non Tesla charger its always a pain in the ass to figure out how to start it and pay. I would charge a lot more if this was the case.
