Rockstar Games is proud to announce that Agent, the long-awaited spy game set in the Cold War era, is back in development and will be coming exclusively to PlayStation 5. Agent is a genre-defining and cutting-edge game that will take players on a paranoid journey into the world of counter-intelligence, espionage and political assassinations.

Agent will feature an open-world hub set in Washington, D.C., where players can explore the city, interact with various characters and factions, and choose their own missions and objectives. Agent will also feature smaller, more linear levels set in different locations around the world, such as Cairo, Moscow and London. Each level will have its own unique atmosphere, challenges and secrets to discover.

Agent will immerse players in the gritty and glamorous world of the 1970s, with authentic period details, vehicles, weapons and music. Agent will also showcase Rockstar’s signature storytelling, humor and action, with a rich and complex plot that will keep players guessing until the end.

Agent has been in development since 2007 at Rockstar North, the studio behind the Grand Theft Auto series and Red Dead Redemption 2. Agent is a passion project for Rockstar Games, and we are excited to finally share it with our fans.
