PS4 help

So i got my ps4 i took out my hard drive because I had a new one and then accidentally I turned the ps4 on so I turned it off my holding down the power button the ps4 then put the new hard drive in and then nothing comes on the screen the lights go blue then white and I hear noise but nothing shows on the screen so I turned it off again and changed to old one and still doesn’t work
