Tv-ut

Min flotte laptop med ATI Radeon 16M kort har en tv-ut plugg (compositt). Den virker (relativt begrep) etter at jeg la inn Fedora. Den virker i alle fall i konsollet.

 

Problemet er at med en gang X startes, blir den flotte blå login-sjermen gjort om til blå striper som ruller over TV'n Dette MÅ da være et problem med frekvensen?

 

Problemet er at jeg aner ikke hva jeg skal putte inn i min XF86config. Aner det har noe med det som heter screen å gjøre - og at jeg må putte en ny SubSection inn her. Men hva?

Det første du bør prøve er å sette ned oppløsningen til 800x600. Om TV-ut er "klonet" så takler ikke TVer/TV-ut chipper (iallfall ikke de jeg har vært borti) høyere oppløsning enn det.

 

Ellers finnes jo applikasjoner som atitvout.

vet at jeg må sette ned oppløsning. Men fremdeles virker det ikke... Sikker på at det ikke har noe med frekvensen å gjøre?
