I am looking for Norwegian people with CS experience ( don't have to be Igaming, it could be catering, shop assistant, sales executive etc).

That is willing to relocate ASAP.

To work with one of the leading companies in the center of London.

 

the role:

To provide a high level of quality customer service via your native language and on occasion English as well. This communication is through a variety of channels such as; emails, phone calls and live chats.
To provide guidance for customers regarding the website and online products that we offer.
To escalate and liaise with other departments for issues such as payment and security related issues.
To support other departments on an ad hoc basis with translation and localisation duties for various marketing materials; web content, newsletters etc…

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and a native level with Norwegian or Swedish (both spoken and written)
Strong computer skills and ideally experience within a similar office based customer service position.
Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
Eager to develop and learn.

But most important in that you got a strong interest in the IGaming industry!
