Kan noen se hva som burde gjøres med dette?

Hi,

 

Bought my D800 the 8. september 2003. First problem is the service tag, whenever I need help trough e-mail or on the Dells pages I get Invalid Tag. Internal systems at Dell Norway gets it right, but not on the net. Have complained about this 4 times now. My sales person has tried with a mail inquiry to Customer support, tech support has tried. It won't work out...what can I do about that?

 

My other problem is the cooling system on the computer. Before the computer was quite like a mice..now it turns on the system without me doing anything. It's not little but very much.

 

Before I played Need for speed hot pursuit 2 with full grapichs..no sound other than effects from the game. Now I use word or IE and suddenly it makes a whole lot of sound. It evne happens if I don't do anything

 

Third thing is the battery. It seems to drop very fast. The machines is about one month old and has a battery time of 1.5 hours without me doing very mouch other than using word. I have tried with lower power to the screen and off with w-lan. It dosen't work.

 

Fourth problem is the mini-pci w-lan card...it seems to hate my Dlink DI-624 Extreme G router. It's wierd because it didn't like the DI-614 either.  

 

The problem is only with this one. Hav upgraded BIOS,formated, updatet driveres and software on both card and router. Nothing works. Dell Norway don't want to help and directs me to Dlink who says it's a common problem and that users who removes the Dell card gets it work much better than before.

 

Fifth problem is the mouse and stearing board on the computer. It seems like it has it's own mind. Sometimes it opens windows without me being near it, or the mouse goes very slow for no reason.
