Introduction

We are a “newly” created guild that came from Neverwinter Nights Online which we played since release & with our experience from there we want to continue having a guild with this high age requirement since it was quite succesful. We were a small guild with around 20 active players online, but more players in total which of course depended on real life.

Now most from there will stay in Neverwinter as well many are also Us based players who will go on US servers so it will be a brand “new” start for us.

We will focus on this game for years to come so there won’t be any dissolved guild for other games that comes in the future.

We have far from the same experience as guilds that been around for a decade, so it is totally understandable people will go towards those guilds, but if you are interested in making something with us “oldies”, then you found the right place.

Age requirement: 30+

Faction: Ebonheart Pact

Playstyle: Hardcore, Moderate, family, solo (all is welcome)

Game Focus: All aspects from crafting, PvE/PvP, socializing, Raids (not a rp guild but light roleplay is allright of course)

Server: Europe (all continents welcome)

Language: English only

Goals & Activity:

Our goal is to settle a guild with patient players who is in this game for the long haul. We want to make a community that is helpful & avoid elitism so everyone have their fair chance of being part of all aspects of what the game has to offer. Making events now and then to have some laughs & socialize is also on the agenda. We do not requite you to log in every day as we know many people in our age group range has many other resonsibilites in real life such as family, work & friends. We don’t want anyone to feel pressured to something they don’t want to nor have time to do.

But when you first sign up to do for example a raid we sincerely hope you planned the time to go through it with patience as to not complete something without trial and error is a philosophy we have.

Behaviour

Respect all your members at all time. Respect your enemies. If there is any problems you take it up further up in command so it can be dealt with appropiately & sorted in a mature manner, but from experience it has not been a big issue working with this age group in previous past.

Since we are english speaking we want our guildchat clean from other languages so please use that in private tells.

Communication:

We got a ventrilo server running but is up for subject of change, depending on what the guild in general would like to use. Will have a poll on that at a later date.

Voice chat will be required for serious PvP as people need to listen to PvP leaders.

Raids/PvE we give more slack, which can depend on player skills and such as well many of us players out there allready have an idea how to beat most things in any game without the need for using it. But it is still encouraged for the social side. Again, we wont require everyone to chat away as we understand we all have different personalities.

Abusement/Harrasment/breaking of rules

Things like these will be taken action with a warning first & thereafter removal from the guild.

We will discuss this amoungs ourselves within the council and reach a verdict together.

Ranks:

We will have various ranks for various things do in our guild, but ultimately it will be the council that will rule with the Guild Leaders when it comes to important things. This will be done so it will make things more transparent & more fair for rest of our community. Often 1 person in charge is not always right & sometimes need to hear the truth. Constructive critism is always good.

Har møtt på endel folk som er 40år som oppfører seg veldig dårlig for og si det pent.
