Problem med SteamCMD

Jeg skal stå for en cs go dedicated server på et lan.
Det er lenge siden jeg har gjort dette og har funnet ut at HLDSupdatetool ikke fungerer lengre. Jeg har nå lasta ned og fått SteamCMD til å fungere på pcen, men det vil ikke fungere på serveren.

Jeg starter SteamCMD og da kommer dette opp:

Jeg har lest flere som har hatt dette problemet, men det som fikser det for dem funker ikke hos meg.
