1245112654122755325882462 Skrevet 2. juni 2013 Del Skrevet 2. juni 2013 (endret) If you intend to stay in Norway for more than 90 days, you need to apply for residence permit. There are different types of residence permit base on your main purpose of staying in Norway: work, study, or reunified with your family. An application for residence permit should be registered on the Application Portal Norway, and submitted at the Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi or at the Norwegian Consulate in HCMC. It will then be forwarded to the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) for considering. You are hence advised to contact UDI directly if you have any questions regarding your application process or case handling time. The applicant has to stay in his/her home country until the permit has been granted by UDI. For more information about the various types of residence permits, please visit the web pages of the UDI. Requirements for income and housing (the subsistence requirement) In order for your family member to be granted a family immigration permit, you (the sponsor) must be able to support him or her financially and have somewhere you can live. This is known as the "income requirement" or the "subsistence requirement". To be granted family immigration with a person living in Norway, you must be related to or have plans to set up a family with him or her. Here, you will find an overview of who can be granted a residence permit and the criteria that must be met. Being related to the person in Norway is in itself not sufficient to be granted a family immigration permit. Certain requirements apply to the person with whom you are applying for family immigration. Tror det her skal besvare litt. Endret 2. juni 2013 av Priim Lenke til kommentar
