TV 2 Sumo på iMac. Når eg spiller lagget det.

Anbefalte innlegg

So I've been having this problem since end-January, I guess it started when we payed to watch TV on the iMac (we stream net-tv on it). NOTE, I've send countless tickets, had a long discussion with 2 different Riot employees since February, and we're still trying to find the cause. I'm beyond frustrated, this creates aggression problems, literally drives me crazy.

Ok, this is what happens ingame whenever someone watches TV on the iMac:

I get 200-500 ms lagspikes, uncontrollable lag. I can walk fine for a sec, then suddenly stand still for 1-5 seconds, then "magically" appear where I pressed. So whenever some fights breaks out, I often engage, it "freezes", basically lagging extremely then I...am dead.

It's beyond retarded to last hit. I think you get the idea.

Specs:

Inter® Core™ i7 - 2630QM CPU @2.00 Ghz (Turbo boost to 2.9 Ghz).

Windows 7

GeForce GT 540M

8GB ram

64 bit Operation System

Information:

1. This TV thingy is something you stream via the internet. You login on their website and stream it from there.

2. That means, I can do it on my PC as well. I use a ASUS N53SN (I think it was), a laptop. I tried to run the TV, (stream) on my PC while playing as well. I got a no lag, just a small increase from time to time because it used my ram. I usually have 45-50 ms. With it I had 49-60 ms. No biggie.

So basically it only lags IF I run it on the iMac. We got two different switches. Our internet is connected to the router, which is connected to a switch. The iMac is connected to a different switch because it's in a different room. I've tried to change the switches, but it's all the same.

I've tried:

1. Disable Windows Defender and Windows Firewall.

2. Disabled my Antivirus.

3. Changing DNS server to a public one.

4. Downloaded the IPv6 Fix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929852

5. Disabled Peer to peer.

6. Remove Panda Media Booster.

7. Portforwarded every neccessary port.

Thats all I remember now.

TLDR; Read it, you cannot write anything without reading every single piece of information.

Please dont hestitate to ask if you got questions. If this gets fixed, I would be so happy that I cannot explain it. This have created so much frustration, hatred and so on, past the half year. You never know when you ****ing sister decides to watch some TV in the middle of your game, just screwing you up bigtime. Just, if you're confused. I run LoL on my own Laptop.

Again, if you do decide to answer, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Takk =)
