§ 1 It is not allowed to Grief

 

We have zero tolerance for griefing and stealing!

 

.1 Griefing

 

You should not ruin for others by removing their blocks or building on or near their buildings.

 

You must not destroy the landscape unnecessary (for example remove MUCH sand from a beach / desert or cut many trees without planting any new ones).

 

.2 Stealing

 

You shall not steal or scam. To see the contents of other's chests are seen as stealing, even if you do not take anything!

 

It is also not allowed to receive stolen goods and use it or pass it on, if you suspect that you have received stolen goods must be notified let us know!

 

.3 Burglary

 

You can not break into other people's property or walk around in their house without permission.

 

.4 Plot Limits

 

You must stay within your site boundary, and not build either over or under other land or buildings. (Unless otherwise agreed with the owner.)

 

If the construction takes place outside a city, you should consider building at least 10 blocks horizontally from other buildings. (This means you can build 10 blocks beyond, but not 10 blocks below / above.)

 

§ 2 Hacking and Exploitation of Bugs

 

 

Bugs must not be used!, but must be reported to staff.

 

Violations result in a warning or a permanent ban.

 

.2 Mods and other cheating is forbidden

 

You are not allowed to use add-ons or changes to your client that gives you different advantages over others. It mentioned in particular: Flymod, speed hack and mods / texturepacks that allows you to see minerals easier.

 

Those who use these mods will be immediately banned!!!

 

Exceptions:

 

We allow the use of Zan's minimap, Improved Chat, ConvenientInventory and OptiFog / Optimine.

 

§ 3 Folk Custom

 

.1 Global internet rules is active on this server!

 

Racism, harassment and threats of violence are illegal under International law and may be prosecuted.

 

.2 Conduct

 

Our server is not a kindergarten, and we expect the normal, adult manners. Repeated spamming, begging, excessive use of signs and caps, advertising for other servers, unfair personal attacks be viewed very seriously.

 

.3 Swearing is not allowed

 

Our server should be a nice place for everyone to be, and we do not allow foul language. Chat censor swear words, and it is not allowed to bypass the filter.

 

Violation of the rule is the basis for the kick, and repeated violations are grounds for temporary ban.

 

.4 Follow instructions from the guard and staff!

 

Guards and staff moderating the chat and take joint decisions on the server. These instructions should be followed and respected. If you disagree with a decision or a rule, do not complain or start a big discussion about this in chat, create either a thread on the forum.

 

.5 Offensive Skins

 

1.It is forbidden to use skins that is offensive. It mentioned in particular: Naked Skin, Nazi skin.

 

Violation of the rule leads to kick with a message for you to change the skin. If your skin has not changed before you log on next time, you WILL be permanently banned!

 

.6 Offensive buildings

 

Offensive structures will be removed, the resources are not given back, and you will get listed warning.

 

.7 Caps Lock/ holding down SHIFT while you write

 

No caps / uppercase letters in the chat session (area where you can write to other users). Violation of this may lead to kick

 

.8 Spamming

 

Spamming the chat (area where you can write to other users) that is sending the same messages several times can lead to a kick and possibly Rule Violation # Ban.
