Efreet88 Skrevet 21. februar 2012 Del Skrevet 21. februar 2012 Hei. Denne er på Engelsk. Eg har skrevet så mykje på eit dårleg tastatur. til Logitech-support at eg blir gal. Kan oversette det om det er mot reglementet. Logitech er lite hjelpsomme.. Her er saken; Hello I just bought the new Logitech MX Performance Mouse. Very satisfied with this product from use on other computers. From before i used an MX1000 with a DiNovo wireless keyboard. Both working on the old bluetooth stick. 2.0 EDR These worked perfectly, and both registered in Set-point. But with this new bluetooth-stick, the "Infinity Dongle" and with updated Set-point software. Set-point now recognices my new mouse, but not my old keyboard. If I unplug the infinity-dongle and power down my mouse, it does not work with set-point either. The old version of set-point that i had, did not recognice my new mouse. The mouse and keyboard worked together fine when i plugged in the infinity-dongle, and did not update set-point. I could use the basic functions, though I could not configure my new mouse as it did not show up in set-point.' The mouse can not connect with the old bluetooth stick, the keyboard can not connect to the new infinity stick. Set-point seems to be able to use two different bluetooth sticks at the same time, eventhough Windows 7 64bit had no problems doing that. I can not afford a new keyboard, so Im wondering. Is there a way for set-point to be able to recognice both devices through both bluetooth-devices, or am i forced to return the mouse? I hope somebody can help me with this issue. I have a fully updated windows 7 64bit OS. Logitech MX performance mouse Logitech DiNovo bluetooth keyboard. Lenke til kommentar
