[HTC Desire S] Tastet kode feil for mange ganger. Tlf låst. Hvordan låse opp?

Jeg har en htc desire s som er låst. Jeg har tastet inn feil kode for mange ganger, slik at nå er den låst. Jeg må logge på min gmail konto, men den har jeg glemt. Nå vil jeg restarte hele systemet for at den skal låse seg opp. Hvordan gjør jeg det?

 

edit: nå husker jeg passordet og brukernavnet. Jeg logget på med min pc nå, det klarte jeg. Men det er ikke mulig på mobilen min. Går det an å sende den til min operatør og få dem til å restarte systemet?

The HTC Desire S is highly customizable and you have been hard at work tweaking it to your liking, but now the fun is over and you want to return it to its factory settings again.

 

Here, we show you how to hard reset the HTC Desire S with step by step instructions.

 

Please note that all data will be deleted from the HTC Desire S as a result of this procedure. This process may or may not delete data stored on the microSD card. We recommend backing up all of your personal data before proceeding.

 

First, try this:

 

From the main home screen, tap menu

Tap Settings, then Privacy

Tap Factory data reset

Tap Reset phone

Enter your password if required, then tap Erase everything to confirm

If that doesn't work, or if your phone is frozen:

 

Turn the power off. If your HTC Desire S is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it

Hold the Volume Down button

Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on

You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock

Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button

Press and release the Power button

Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO

Jeg har prøvd det. Men funket ikke. Da jeg trykket både volume down og power knappe samtidig, slå mobilen ikke seg på, men med en gang jeg slipper volume down knappen så slår mobilen på. Men den ble bare slått på som normalt, og dermed er ikke problemet løst.

Veldig rart, da foreslår jeg at du sender den inn til et verksted eller rooter telefonen

IKKE slipp volumknappen, slipp heller powerknappen
