Hei. Driver å leter etter bosted i Trondheim, og snublet over en liten leilighet midt i sentrum til 3500 kr/mnd. Nesten for godt til å være sant, men jeg mailet huseier, og fikk svar på engelsk. Dette er første mailen jeg fikk:

Thank you for your interest.My name is Ronald Smith and from the internet add, you could see, i have available this apartment The apartment consists of 2 medium-sized rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and storage room.

I am looking for someone to live in it, as soon as possible, because i recently divorced and I moved back to my country , in England . I am currently located in London. The renting period is from 3 months upto 1-8 years. As a result of this I want to rent, for this period, at this price and also to find the perfect person for my apartment. I`m the owner of the apt and it's like in the pics.

The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). The rent for 1 month is 3500 kr (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator)so, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 3500 kr + 3500 kr security deposit , with no extra taxes to pay. You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a solution.

Jeg svarte på mailen hans og sa at jeg gjerne skulle ha tilsendt noen flere bilder av leiligheten for å forsikre meg om at han faktisk HAR leiligheten, og at dette ikke er noe svindel. Fikk da følgene mail tilbake:

 

 

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier than now it's just that i actually had to check out with two courier services and also with the payment, anyway below more are news from the inquiries on keys and payment process and i have make a suggestion on how to go about arranging everything so let me know if this ok with you then we can proceed to finalize everything asap.

*About the keys

Regarding the keys i was told i could send it using a courier service and it will arrive to you in Norway within 2 to 3 days and i have already confirm that with UK Royal Mail and DHL service and both services seems quite efficient and fast so as soon as we are able to arrange everything with the documents and the payment then i will get your address and send the keys over to you and you will receive it in 2 to 3 days ok?

* About Payment

And for payment, like i said earlier i don't have a UK bank account yet here so i have made some inquiries on other possible way so found out it will be easier for you to send it to me through the common and recommended WU service in Norway which i am quite familiar as it is quite efficient, faster, reliable, secure and most importantly it doesn't require bank account, i guess you should know more about it as it is very common way of making payment and transfer in Norway, Europe, US and the globe.

 

However i had a thought that you might feel insecure to send money to me directly since you are yet to get the keys to the apartment but also note that it will not be ideal for me to just send the keys just like that without any financial guaranty been partially secured as well so i think i will suggest a solution a friend use sending money through while i was in Australia.

I mean you can still send the money by western union but for your safety you can use either a friend name or any of your relative name (mother, father , sister ) as a receiver's name so that i won't be able to receive the money until when you have receive the keys which i will send to you as soon as you give me a proof of the western union transfer details and i have confirm with western union if the transfer is made and the money is right.

And after you have receive the keys see the apartment and you love it then you will go back to western union money transfer office to change the name of the receiver back to my name so that i will be able to receive the money when you have been able to get the keys and go into the apartment but on the other hand if you don't like the apartment which i am sure you will like you can also go bak to WU and cancel the transfer and get back your money but the only thing you will loose is just the charges you have paid for the transfer ok before?

And one added advantage about this is that the money can be stay available for 4 weeks with WU if not yet taken by the receiver and most importantly you will not have to pay any additional commission ( charges) again for changing the receiver's name as long as you are not changing the country which the money is sent to earlier, hope you understand? I just want to see if you are real and you have funds avaliable , so please make the transfer for 7000 kr.

 

Meanwhile kindly note that the suggestion of sending the money through western union by another name is not an official service offered by western union but things could be done this way because i have seen a friend bought goods from china and i use western union to pay for the seller but he actually send the money to the seller using his sister name as receiver but later went back to western union office to change the name of the receiver back to the seller's name when he had receive the goods, hope this will be ok for you?

Meanwhile kindly provide me with the following data's shortly for the lease agreement so that i can send it over to you by fax or preferably by email.

 

* Your official name as it appears on your identity

* Your address (Unchanged one)

* Your passport number or ID card number because this will be written on the contract

* Your exact move in date

* Your move out date

* Your fax number if you have any so that i can send the contract to you by it or perhaps by email if you prefer.

* Meanwhile you may have to scan and attached a proof of your identity to the signed tenancy agreement after signing it.

Er du såpass desperat at du går på limpinnen så lett? Antar at du har hørt om begrepet svindel? Det har stått side opp, og side ned på internett om denne typen svindel.. :)

har ikke betalt en krone, så har ikke gått på noen "limpinne". S-s-svin-hvaforno?

 

Men ja, godt å få bekreftet det jeg nesten egentlig viste.
