Kan man få igjen penger for visum om man ikke trenger det likevel?

Har nettopp bestilt meg et working holiday visum for et år i australia. Fikk bekreftelsen for noen dager siden. Men blir kanskje slik at jeg ikke får dratt alikevel. Betalte 1400 kroner for dette visumet. Går det an å avbestille dette på et vis å få igjen pengene?
