It's my understanding that you purchased the song "*navn_paa_nedlasting" thinking you could make a custom ringtone from it. My name is Kev and I can certainly appreciate your concern. Please be assured, I'm here to help.

 

There are now two types of ringtones:

 

1. Custom ringtones (available only in the United States). These ringtones are made using the ringtone editor in iTunes on a computer. The editor allows you to create a ringtone from just a portion of a ringtone-eligible song, and then purchase the result.

 

2. Ringtones (available in 20 supported countries). These ringtones are available from the iTunes Store for iPhone on devices using iPhone OS 3.1 or later. These ringtones cannot be purchased from iTunes on a computer and cannot be edited in iTunes to make a new ringtone.
