SerB is promising tier 10 TDs and mediums in 7.5. Physics and new graphics will come after.

The Japanese will not have "super-heavy" top tier tanks.

The Japanese tree will feature the Type 74 as a tier 10.

The British will arrive after 8.0.

The new French tier 5 will be like the 12t with no autoloader.

Misc and History

The Clownshoe is between the KV-5 and Lowe in terms of official stats.

Wargaming thought about buying XP from other players with gold, but decided against it.

The E-50 and E-75 were ahead of similar tanks in official statistics, which is probably why the developers suddenly remembered that they needed transmissions.

The current WoT development plans exist for 2 years into the future. More will be planned if the game is deemed sustainable.

There will be no skill reset for crewmembers with multiple specialties in 7.4.

Komarin and Swamp will be back in a future patch after further modification.

More severe teamkilling penalties will not be introduced due to how easy it would be to abuse them.

The new rendering system will bring about mass modernization of graphical assets in the game.

In real life, the IS-2's 122mm gun had 10mm more dispersion per 1km more than the long 88mm, and the optics were equivalent if not superior to German ones starting from 1943. SerB is threatening to increase the accuracy of Soviet guns if the nazi apologists keep whining.

Night vision devices as equipment to increase vire range on nighttime maps are possible, if distant.

BiA isn't equivalent to Vents, as it ends up giving you one less percentage point in the commander's bonus.

Photos of exploded tanks were used as reference when constructing wreckage models.

In historical battles, tanks from the joint European branch will be given sides individually instead of jointly.

The IS-2 turret was fitted with a prototype of the M62 gun in real life. The IS-3 turret could also house it.

You will be able to add a filter to company battles barring players with a low win rate from entering. You cannot set the minimum win rate above your own.

Experience bonuses for other people shooting at a target you spotted still apply for 10 seconds after the target disappears.

Pre- and post-WWII conflicts will also be reflected in historical battles.

Top Gun is not impeded by teamkills, but Sniper is impeded by team damage.

There will be no smoothbore guns in the game. Never ever. Smoothbore guns are seen as a new era in tank building, and that is a cutoff that Wargaming will apply when choosing new tanks to add.

Russian server clan wars are down for 3 weeks "due to football".

Future Tanks

SerB is promising tier 10 TDs and mediums in 7.5. Physics and new graphics will come after.

Captured version of tanks will appear in game eventually. These will be stock/historical premium tanks from another nation, potentially at a reduced tier.

Tests will show how much XP the tier 10s will take to research.

Most tier 9 and 10 tanks will be rebalanced with the introduction of new tier 10s.

There will be no tier 9+ artillery.

Upcoming

The Japanese will not have "super-heavy" top tier tanks.

The Japanese tree will feature the Type 74 as a tier 10.

The British will arrive after 8.0.

Soviet

There will be a Soviet premium tier 8 medium eventually.

The T-60/70/80 branch is still in development under extremely low priority.

The T-54 will get a "more historical" D-10T with lower penetration, but higher accuracy and rate of fire. This gun will be introduced alongside the D-54.

The A-22 is a possible tier 9 in the alternate Soviet medium branch, if Wargaming can dig it up in archives in time.

The T-62 had 100mm of front armour. This will be in the game, but "balanced out".

The T-62A will have terrible penetration, but there will be "surprises". (heavily hinting at APCR for credits)

The KV-13 will have a research path to the new line of Soviet mediums.

When the IS will be refurbished into the IS-2 mod 1944 it may get a prototype of th M62 122mm gun.

Tests will show is the T-62A will have researchable modules.

American

Multiple guns in sponsoons are still coming, but you will have to wait for multiple turrets to be implemented. After that, we will see the MkVIII International US premium heavy tank.

The T23 is not currently planned for re-introduction as a premium tank.

Scouring through US archives resulted in enough material for four US TD branches.

The M48 Patton will have researchable modules as a tier 10.

French

The alternative, autoloaderless, French heavies will be characterized by extremely thick front armour. They won't be heavier than a Maus though.

The new French tier 5 will be like the 12t with no autoloader.

The new and improved tier 8 AMX 13 90/105 will 99% still be available in companies.

Batchat will have researchable modules as a tier 10.

German

There will be no E-10 or E-25 TDs in the regular tree. They will be premium tanks.

The new E-50 has a forward turret and no forward transmission.

The "cardboard dream" Leopard 1 might make it into the game "later".

The AMX 12t is getting a new 75mm gun. The AMX 13 90 will get a short 105mm gun.

The improved E-50 will not have better armour.

The E-50 will be lighter, by a few tons.

Potential alternate German medium branch: VK DB -> Indien Panzer 1954 -> Leopard 1 Prototype -> Leopard 1

Tests will show if the E-50 Ausf M will have researchable modules.

Pubbie Tears

Q: How are you planning to implement physics? All at once or in parts?

A: In parts. First for the MS-1, then the T-26, etc.

Q: Did you give the Americans post-war tanks because they're awful?

A: They aren't whining for Abramses like you Germanophiles, they might not be as awful.

Q: Will it be possible to refill your ammo in the middle of a game?

A: Never, otherwise the SU-5 will become grossly overpowered.

Q: The Maus is useless in clan wars and pubs, please replace it with the Leopard 1.

A: Ok you germanophiles, listen up. This is what you wanted: 35mm of side armour (complete HE penetration by 100mm guns), 70mm of front armour (complete HE penetration by 150mm guns), same gun as the E-50. This will be your new tier 10.

Q: No, that's not true, that's next generation multilayered armour that would be thicker than an IS-7's armour!

A:

Oh yes, German armour is the most multi-layered in the world! Also, hello, ammo rack! All that so you don't have a transmission in the front?

Q: Can't a tier 10 Leopard take the same role as a tier 10 Maus? I'm sure it would be like a German T110, only better!

A: I'm sorry, my brain just can't take this anymore.

Q: Ok fine, but make the Soviet tanks have 100 meter view ranges, poorly made inconsistent armour and an engine that stalls out 50% of the time. Realism, right?

A: You're downright fucked in the head.

Q: Wow, the above guy is like a gold standard for a Germanophile! SerB, do you collect these?

A: This is a mild exhibit with fairly low collector's value.

Q: How come there are so many photos of shot up KVs, but hardly any of shot up KTs? Maybe they were a lot harder to kill than you led us to believe?

A: Some soldiers liked to stop and take photos. Some didn't. Maybe that's why the war ended in Berlin and not in Moscow. I see this upsets you. I am sorry, I can't help that.

Men:

"There will be no skill reset for crewmembers with multiple specialties in 7.4."

Hva mener de med det egentlig? Har noen med skills jeg ikke er helt fornøyd med, må jeg bytte de nå før 7.4 da? Når kommer 7.4 egentlig?
