Norwegian host family for our students needed!

Hello,

 

Alfa Skolen is looking for Norwegian and half Norwegian host families for our language students coming to Oslo for summer courses.

 

Hosts provide sleeping space, use of a bathroom, and refridgerator space. Providing food is not required but a host family may offer to share meals (half board/ full board) or give the student full use of the kitchen.

One family hosts one or two students from 1 to 4 weeks.

 

When you host, you play a direct role in promoting the values of Norway. Living with you or your family is the best way for students from around the world to become immersed in Norwegian culture, media and debate.

Hosting is an excellent way to learn about the world without leaving home. Everyone involved can learn a new language, get personal insight into the world beyond their backyards, and even become excellent international cooks! Living with a student from another culture is an education in itself, and it doesn’t cost a thing.
