HTC HD2 problems

I have a HD2 which I bought online. I opened it up since the touchscreen wasn't working. Since then the touchscreen works, but the camera, vibrator, volume buttons, speaker don't work anymore. I would like to know if HTC would change this 'thing'? The screen is also cracked, and has weird spots.(see picture)

Sorry for writing in English, but I haven't found any other place to ask which can help me.

I live in Stavanger, so if anyone know a shop that can help, I would gladly go there.

I also asked NetCom, they said they don't repair phones that weren't bought from them . The phone is from France.

Ahh, got the same phone, its awesome!

Try Deltaservice.

They provide service for HTC phones, I think its company based, but you can ask if they would take a look at your phone
