hei.

Jeg har igår fått 2 bluecreens, og flere Explorer.exe "stoppet å virke".

her er loggen fra Action Center:

de skjedde mens jeg overførte store menger filer fra min gamle external hardisk til min nye external hardisk

jeg drev med flere CHKDSK til alle mine hardisker og partisjoner, og fant ingen problemer, jeg lot pc-en teste med Windows Memory Diagnostic, og den fant ikke noen problemer med ram-ene heller.

hva kan problemer være?

Kilden virker å være rtl70.bpl som skal være en slags bibliotekfil etter det jeg finner. Altså er det mest sannsynlig et program eller codec som "bruker den feil" eller som har gjort en systemfil korrupt e.l.

 

Prøv å kjør denne kommandoen i CMD:

sfc /scannow

 

PS: Kommandovinduet må åpnes som administrator

Den ene BSODen har blitt skapt av fnetthjm.sys som skal være en driver for "FNet Turbo HDD USB". Altså er det trolig en av de eksterne diskene dine. Kanskje er en driveren korrupt også. Jeg finner ikke denne driveren på min installasjon dessverre.

 

Prøv å overfør data fra de eksterne diskene hver for seg. Bare for å se om du klarer å identifisere hvilken som skaper feilen. Eller du kan gå inn i enhetsbehandlingen og sjekke hvilken ekstern disk som bruker fnetthjm.sys.

jeg tror jeg fant problemet:

problemet startet 27.october

jeg så etter programmer jeg installerte før problemet begynte å skje så fant jeg ut bare et program instalert den dagen.

det var SiSoftware Sandra pro (en benchmarking program).

jeg vet ikke hvordan den begynte å forstyrre pc-en, men etter at jeg slettet den så ble det ikke noe Explorer feil eller bluescreen.

 

du sier at bluscreen skyldes HDDturbo usb. jeg bruker den akkurat nå og overførte 12gb filer til hardiksen uten noen problemer. jeg tror SiSoftware sandra forstyrret den HDDturbo som foråsaket BSOD.
