Conclusion

 

The U3011 is massive and sublime. It's by no means cheap, but you're paying for the panel. For those who can justify it, it brings much needed improvements over the 3008WFP. For those who can't, go for the U2711 instead.

Overall though I thought this was another excellent addition to the Dell monitor range. It's backed by Dell's well-regarded support and warranty, and their price is very competitive as ever. Well worth looking at if you want a 30" screen.

Perverse priser. Sett den ned til 10k så kjøper jeg øyeblikkelig. 30" prisene har ikke rørt seg på 3-4 år, og det har heller ikke kommet noen nye modeller iløpet av denne tiden. Prisnivået er derfor fullstendig uholdbart når det er snakk om gamle modeller med dårlige specs, og når man får en fersk 27" 2560x1440 til 6000kr (U2711).

 

Jeg er også skeptisk til å kjøpe en så dyr skjerm nå som 120hz og en ny HDMI revisjon er på trappene.
