[ABC], meanwhile, has given the green light to a whopping 12 new series — seven dramas and five comedies.

 

Comedy pick-ups include the Tim Allen-fronted Last Man Standing, the cross-dressing sitcom Work It, and the Big Apple-set Apt. 23.

 

New dramas include Good Christian Belles (f.k.a. Good Christian Bitches), a reboot of Charlie’s Angeles, the fairytale-themed Once Upon a Time, period soap Pan Am and the Shonda Rhimes-produced hour about political consultants Scandal.

Ringer med Sarah Michelle Gellar(Buffy) og Nestor Carbonell(Lost) var en pilot som ble produsert for CBS. Men har nå endt opp hos CW. Serien kommer garantert til å bli parra opp med Nikita hvis Nikita også blir fornyet.

 

 

Det er også fremdeles håp for en midseason bestilling på "Exit Strategy" med Ethan Hawke og Tom Sizemore. Piloten virket lovende mente mange, og var en overraskelse at ikke ble plukket opp til serie. Nå har Ken Olin fra Alias blitt med på prosjektet hvis piloten blir plukket opp til serie i høst.

 

EXIT STRATEGY: Fox passing on the Ethan Hawke-starring action drama pilot was one of the biggest surprises on Tuesday when Fox made its series pickups. But the project, from 20th TV and Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman's K/O Paper Products, is very much alive at the network for a possible midseason order. Veteran director-producer Ken Olin has come on board to help with the retooling of the project. He worked with Orci and Kurtzman on Alias where he also met K/O president Heather Kadin, then an ABC exec.

 

EDIT: Herlig med mer Treme. Elskbar serie for den "eldre" garden som liker litt karakterdrama og gode virkelighetskildringer i en av verdens beste byer etter min mening. New Orleans er den mest kulturelle byen i verden om du spør meg. Å HBO skildrer det så bra, med gode skuespillere og god handling.

The Firm plukket opp for en sesong på 22-episoder.

 

Det er riktignok ikke sikkert at serien starter til høsten, da ikke castingen har startet. Men NBC prøver å få den på plass.

 

Serien er en blanding av krim og drama i en White Collar-setting.

Rookies:

Politidrama med et snev av komikk med Adam Goldberg(The Unusuals/Entourage/Saving Private Ryan) og Terry Kinney(The Unusuals/Oz). Serien virker som noe lignende The Unusuals, da til og med de to første annonserte skuespillerne var med i en den geniale serien "The Unusuals" for et par år siden sammen med Jeremy Renner og Amber Tamblyn blant annet.

Komikk med David Hornsby(It`s Always Sunny In Phildelphia).

 

 

Når det kommer til fornyelser så er det forventet at Rules of Engagement blir fornyet av CBS og en mulighet for det samme med Shit My Dad Says(men den er liten, men en mulighet).

 

EDIT: Hawaii Five-O er fornyet. En offesiell bekreftelse kommer onsdag/torsdag da CBS har upfront(programlansering) i Los Angeles.

NBC har en ny kveld med "krim" og komikk.

 

Chuck får helt ny sendetid, sansyneligvis fordi serien bare får en siste sesong på 13 episoder.

 

Law And Order: SVU offesielt fornyet.

 

30 Rock er fornyet for lenge siden ja, men retunerer ikke før midseaon for at alle episodene skal gå i ett. Siden Tina Fey er gravid.

Ifølge Deadline så vil Terra Nova bli sendt på enten mandager eller torsdager.

 

I hear the most anticipated new Fox series, prehistoric drama Terra Nova, which had been rumored to launch either on Monday or Thursday, looks Monday-bound. Conventional wisdom has it that Fox should use a reliable performer like House to launch its highest-profile new series, and that has been the scenario most speculated about. But, Terra Nova has tested great as a four-quadrant show with a very broad appeal, so I won't be surprised if Fox decides to make a switch and put Terra Nova at 8 PM to capture the family audience. Terra Nova doesn't really need a lead-in - after all it's a Steven Spielberg-produced show with dinosaurs - so it could be a self-starter like Glee proved to be this season. And House is probably better suited for 9 PM.

Virker mer og mer troverdig at Touch med Kiefer Sutherland i hovedrollen, og Tim Kring(Heroes) i produsent-stolen ikke blir plukka opp. Mulig det blir midseaon, litt merkelig at noen vil ha Tim Kring til å lage en serie forsatt(kjørte jo Heroes i grøfta, og skjulte det ikke akkurat i ettertid), og at Fox ikke vil plukke opp en serie med Sutherland.

 

Alactraz og Fringe samme kveld, perfekt parring av serier på en kveld det. House og Terra Nova blir et sterkt grep mot CBS som kjører Hawaii Five-O samme kveld.

Fringe blir ikke å se samme kveld som Alcatraz. Fordi sistnevnte starter ikke før midseaon og blir satt opp på mandag kveld sammen med House, men Fringe forsetter på fredager.

 

Terra Nova tar sendetidspunktet til House, men sendes samme kveld.

 

Touch med Kiefer Sutherland(24) av Tim Kring(Heroes) går ikke inn i produksjon før nå. Og blir satt inn etter nyttår. Når og hvilken dag er ikke annonsert.

“Nothing impacts culture the way a television show does,” said Rice. “And here at FOX, we have the most talked about, most followed, most creative shows that build connections between viewers and brands.”

 

“Going into next year, we've rejuvenated AMERICAN IDOL, built a core strength across the week and developed a really fresh, creative new lineup for next season," said Reilly. “From razor-sharp comedies to epic dramas to a massive talent competition series, I think we have the goods to continue to be pop culture’s most vibrant platform, as well as the top network.”

 

Launching this fall is the highly anticipated singing competition series THE X FACTOR, which marks the return of Simon Cowell to FOX. Cowell, along with Antonio “L.A.” Reid, Cheryl Cole and Paula Abdul, will judge the U.S. version of the international television phenomenon that will award an unprecedented $5 million recording contract with Syco/Sony Music to the next global superstar or breakout music group.

 

Epic family adventure series TERRA NOVA, executive-produced by Steven Spielberg (“Saving Private Ryan,” “Jurassic Park”), Peter Chernin, René Echevarria (“Castle,” “The 4400”) and Brannon Braga (“24”) and starring Jason O’Mara (“Life On Mars”) and Stephen Lang (“Avatar”), premieres in the fall. ALLEN GREGORY is the new animated comedy joining the Sunday ANIMATION DOMINATION lineup this fall.
