Ok sorry for my understandable norwegian language. I was using dictionary, but probably it didn't help I want to offer cheaper web design service in Norway. If here is any people who wants to create their own project and need for example PSD format design for website design, they can contact me.

 

In all Europe is economic crisis, so I offer cheaper prices from abroad.

You are the wrong place. There is no spesific place i know about, where you can find people who want to buy, personaly, i call the owner of websites i can see need a update. Often it work.

I have seen designs that cost a fortune and others that you should be paid to use ((hov,or myse koster design av et nettsted?). Usually it is not the design that cost most - but the coding. How much does it cost? This depends on the requirements, the traffic it must handle, the security it should offer. I have seen enough crap, and I have seen "simple" pages with extreme elegance.

 

But if you offer web development to the norwegian market you might have a communication problem (using anything like google translate).

Yeah I thought to sell web design without coding, but I think it will be hard, cauz google translator doesn't help. I want to create my own website in norway and I hope soon I will have it

the only large norwegian forum dedicated to websites,design and such is NorskWebForum, not sure if they allow english users tho or enforce strictly norwegian.

 

i normaly hire foreign coders/writers/designers when needed on DigitalPoint mostly, since when deciding between 40$ a hour for a norwegian designer and 4-8$ for foreign ones its not a hard decition
