[LØST] Uønsket firkant i Conky

Eg fant et Conky script som eg har sett en del bruker, men helt på slutten etter Rythmbox info får eg en uønsket firkant. Hvordan får eg den bort? :|

Funker det hvis du bytter ut "--print-playing-format" med "--print-playing"?

Ja, men firkanten går ikke bort uansett om eg fjerner alt som har med Rythmbox å gjøre, så det er ikke der feilen ligger tror eg.

 

Fant forsåvidt ut av det var nok med: ${exec rhythmbox-client --print-playing}

Har sett lignende når tekstfiler (i dette tilfellet conky-configen) har vært innom en Windows-maskin og fått med seg en CRLF. Unix bruker bare LF (linefeed), så CR (carriage return) vises ofte som en firkant e.l.

 

Prøv å gå på linjen under, trykk backspace, så enter igjen og lagre. Evt. spesifiser i en tekst-editor at du vil lagre fila i unix-format, og ikke dos-format.
